New Euro season, new tidings for the African boys.
Adebayor fired his people to a win for the 3rd time already
The man is getting his groove on real good. In another not to good game for Ghana's Paintsil who scored an own goal.
On a better note for the Black Stars, Matt Amoah scored for his team NAC Breda.
In France, Toulouse lost 0 - 1 to Valenciennes and Mamadou Samassa came of the bench to net this dramatic 87th minute winner for the visitors.
To Belgium now and Dieudonne Mbokani put Standard ahead in the 36th minute but Guillaume Gillet levelled three minutes before the break against Anderlecht.
And that's the wrap!

Choke. Apply to sports. Pronto.
Week in, week out the various leagues of the world involve several Africans. But do they get deserved recognition?Forgive me, but when I saw this on Youtube praising our own hiplife, i gawked. But that was cool honestly. I really felt a surge of pride. Here's the clip.

Well, what amused was that in a long while, this is a very western(?) production - albeit Al Jazeera - which some may argue has a pro midEastern philosophy - was not biased toward themselves. Instead they gave credit where it was due.
Cue in sports. Week in, week out the various sports leagues of the world involve several Africans in their pursuit of money and success. But do we, as Africans get enough recognition?
Answer: a great blog from mtnfootball. Spread the word, for Africa has done so much for humanity!
