The result of Hearts' game yesterday clearly puts the leaders league ambition of staying top of the log hanging by a thread with archrivals Kumasi Asante Kotoko's game against Sekondi Hasaacas scheduled for Kumasi rained off.
Yet Hearts' draw, to me, is NOT the possibilty that Kotoko can take the league but that Kessben FC’s smashed Berekum Arsenals’ five-year unbeaten home run. They recorded a massive 2-1 win at the Golden City Park.
Hearts are still winless with their last victory coming in May when they beat Tema Youth at home on match-day-20.
The Black Magicians, lying just a place above the bottom-placed team have a tall order in their attempt to escape relegation.

Wa All Stars 3-0 win is their biggest during this second round. Sporting Mirren who have been condemned to relegation, were recipeints of that thrashing.
The midweek results yet still leaves everyone on the edge as the destination of the league title and the two other teams that joins Mirren to the second tier of Ghana's league structure still remains unknown with two matches left to play.
