Ghana opts for Kenya camp

Morning,all.

A fresh Tuesday morning in Accra it is.

Reports I'm receiving say that Ghana will later this week start their camping in Kenya before their World Cup qualifying clash against Sudan on 20 June.

The Black Stars secured an important win over Mali in Bamako on Sunday and want to make sure of their place in the mundial with another away win.

Coach Milovan Rajevacis leaving no stones unturned in his quest to beat the Nile Crocodiles and he's thinking camping in Kenya will help the cause.

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has approved plans for the camping base in the East African country to help them acclimatise before the Omdurman clash.

The Black Stars will all but seal their place in the 2010 World Cup in South Africa if they get a win against Sudan.

The GFA are keen on getting results in the match to avoid the mathematics associated with qualifying on the back of the results from the last matches of the qualifiers.
